Wild Basil

Wild Basil, a western restaurant at Solaris Dutamas. I been there for few times. Last Thursday, we visit Wild Basil again because of they've released a set lunch which cost RM 12.90 recently.

几天前，才知道这专辑。上网搜寻了这两位歌手及他们的专辑。一听之下，就爱上了。在网上找到的是他们的另一个专辑《A Book Like This》。好喜欢《A Book Like This》这张专辑。爱上他们的歌声及音乐。所以决定上网购买了他们的另一张专辑《Down the Way》。

听着他们的专辑，还蛮舒服及享受的。而且能让我原本紧张的心情变得放松；烦恼的思绪，变得宁静。好喜欢这样的感觉。这几天，都重复地听着他们的歌曲。一边欣赏着他们的音乐，一边做手作，感觉真好！大声地说“I'm FEELING GOOD!” ;-)

Angus & Julia Stone 简介：

来自澳大利亚悉尼的一个兄妹组合。ANGUS的声线是清新的男声，像春天清爽的风，一个有想法的男孩的真絷的表达。JULIA的声音则像是一个充满愁绪的小女孩喃喃地向你诉说与要求，他们的音乐轻快，富有想像力，每一首的可听性都很高，是真正热爱音乐的人才能做出的音乐。

Angus & Julia Stone are a brother-sister duo from Newport on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia. Their mother and father were both musical - they learned many songs from their father's cover band. At very young ages, they were introduced to music by their father who made them join his school band. Julia played the trumpet, Angus the trombone and their older sister, Catherine, the saxophone.

待嫁新娘 Bride in the paddy field

24.04.2011应朋友的要求，帮她拍了一些照片。而且我也找来了几位志同道合的朋友随行。第一次尝试拍人像，同时兼助理，造型师...有点手忙脚乱，可是还蛮有趣的。希望有更多的机会拍摄类似的照片，和一群志同道合的朋友吸取经验。;-) 这一次的拍摄，选择了鱼米之乡-->适耕庄。一片片绿油油的稻田，配上蓝天白云... 马来西亚难得的漂亮景色。可是，当天的太阳公公太猛了，把我们给溶化了...

这一次的人像拍摄，是临时决定的。朋友即将在5月结婚，拍了结婚照的她想拍更多的外景照，所以就由原本想和我们一起去拍照的她，变成了我们的模特儿。新郎没空随行，所以这系列的照片只有待嫁新娘，没有新郎。:p 可能是只有个人的关系，所以对我来说比较容易拍摄。如果是一对情侣，相信难度更高。不仅要掌握角度，也要引导双方的感情，眼神... 还有拍摄的氛围，还蛮考功夫的。

A bride portrait shots at Sekinchan on 24.04.2011. First time shoot portrait photos and still got a lot to improve and learn. Hope got chance to plan another portrait shooting again. I like the feel of this album, hope you all enjoy the photos as well. ;-)

Lunch at Banana Curry House

I think i didn't go out for lunch for around 2 weeks. Last Wednesday, my colleague asked me out for lunch and we decided to have our lunch at Banana Curry House, Solaris Dutamas. This is our 1st try and we promise we will visit again for second time. Foods there is not cheap but quite nice, so we plan to visit it again maybe on next week. ;-) I just took few pictures of our lunch with my handphone--> Sony Ericsson U8i, it is not as nice as the picture i took with DSLR. :p

Dinner at Home

What a lazy Sunday, I stay at home for whole day. Busy with housework, crafting and cooking. Enjoy my Sunday so much! ;-)

I'm going to share my dinner with you here. Let's start with the preparation first.

Ingredient for Steam Fish~ Tomato & Mushroom

Ingredient for Steam Fish~ Onion, ginger & chili

Fish~ souse with fish sauce & honey lime (陈皮金吉酱)

Big Prawn ~ souse with martel, korean wine, “花雕酒”, fish sauce & backpepper sauce. I've added some ginger & onion.

Put it in the oven for around 15mins, you can estimate the time by own.

THE RESULT：

Fried egg with long bean

Grill Big Prawn

Steam Fish with tomato & mushroom

Feel satisfied with the dinner and me & my hubby enjoy it very much! ;-)

Lunch at Room Eighteen

I went out for lunch again on last Friday with colleagues & ex-colleague. This time we had our lunch at Room Eighteen, Plaza Damas. Plaza Damas is a shopping center nearby my office. I think it is about 10mins drive from my office.

I took few pictures only and let's see what we've order at Room Eighteen.

Conclusion, the foods is not so nice. The price for lunch set is rm9.80+ but there is not much choices for lunch. I think i won't go back for second time since there got a lot of choices of restaurant. ;-)

Lunch at Joseph Kitchen

Today, I & a collegaue had lunch at Joseph Kitchen, Solaris Dutamas. I've promised her to treat her a lunch as her birthday gift so we decided to have lunch there. Joseph Kitchen is located at Solaris Dutamas where is nearby my office. We order 2 lunch sets which cost rm18.90+ per set. The lunch set is including appertizer, main course, drinks & dessert, it is worth to try.
