Dinner at Home

What a lazy Sunday, I stay at home for whole day. Busy with housework, crafting and cooking. Enjoy my Sunday so much! ;-)

I'm going to share my dinner with you here. Let's start with the preparation first.

Ingredient for Steam Fish~ Tomato & Mushroom

Ingredient for Steam Fish~ Onion, ginger & chili

Fish~ souse with fish sauce & honey lime (陈皮金吉酱)

Big Prawn ~ souse with martel, korean wine, “花雕酒”, fish sauce & backpepper sauce. I've added some ginger & onion.

Put it in the oven for around 15mins, you can estimate the time by own.

THE RESULT:
Fried egg with long bean

Grill Big Prawn


Steam Fish with tomato & mushroom

Feel satisfied with the dinner and me & my hubby enjoy it very much! ;-)
